Bug Fixes 🐛

• We've made some improvements to the API integration on our backend. This should make the overall experience smoother and more stable. We've identified and some bugs that were causing issues with the integration, so you should now have an improved user experience. In addition, we've implemented some new features to help ensure that the integration is as reliable as possible. We hope you enjoy the updated experience!

• We've fixed an issue related to the display of surveys on the PC page. Now when you open the list of surveys, they will be displayed properly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

New Feature - Extracting data from PDF(s) using AI search

We're excited to announce a new feature that has been added to our platform - the ability to extract data from PDF(s) using AI search. This new feature will allow users to easily extract and analyze data from PDF documents using advanced AI search technology.

With this new feature, users will be able to quickly and accurately search for specific data points within PDF documents, saving time and streamlining the data analysis process. The AI search technology will automatically identify and extract relevant information from PDF documents, providing users with accurate and reliable data.

We believe this new feature will be particularly useful for users who work with large amounts of data stored in PDF documents, and we're excited to see how it will be utilized by our users.

Improvements and Bug fixes

We're pleased to announce a new release that includes several improvements and bug fixes to our platform. These changes will help to enhance the user experience and ensure smoother operation.

The following issues have been resolved:

• The search bar on the Disclosure page and the "Primary country of operations" dropdown input value have been fixed, addressing any difficulties users were experiencing with these features.

• The accuracy of campaign completion rate display values on the PC page has been fixed, providing users with more reliable data.

• The issues of duplicating values while editing Operations and Subsidiaries on PC page in the Configuration tab have been resolved. This will save time and prevent confusion for users.

• A design issue with the icon display on the PE page in a pop-up has been fixed, improving the overall appearance of the platform.

• The Tree Chart view display render and plugin visualization on the PC page in Tree View have been improved, providing users with clearer and more accurate visualizations.

• Platform configuration has been improved on some workflows, enhancing the overall performance and efficiency of the platform.

Export your ESG campaign to a Google Sheets !

We have added the ability to export Survey results to a Google Sheet Spreadsheet. This makes it easier for you to analyze and share your survey results with others, as you can now easily import your data into a Google Sheet for further analysis or use in other applications.

In addition to exporting results to a Google Sheet, we have also made it easier for users to access their results. Users now receive an email link that provides direct access to their results in the Spreadsheet.

Other bug fixes & UI improvements

We are also happy to announce that we have addressed several issues in our ESG reporting platform. Here are the bug fixes and other improvements that have been implemented:

• We have made improvements to the UI/UX of the action buttons, making it more user-friendly and intuitive for users.

• Fixed issue with Portfolio Company (PC) user visibility in list related to Fund of fund bug: We have fixed a bug that caused visibility issues for Portfolio Company (PC) users in the list related to Fund of fund.

• Fixed issue with Tree Chart view in Configuration tab on Portfolio Company (PC) page: We have resolved an issue with the Tree Chart view in the Configuration tab on the Portfolio Company (PC) page. Users should now be able to view the Tree Chart without any issues.

• Fixed issue with Country select dropdown on Disclosure page: We have fixed a bug that caused issues with the Country select dropdown on the Disclosure page. Users should now be able to select their country without any issues.

• Removed loading screen on the More Info pop-up during data load: We have removed the loading screen that appeared during the data load process in the More Info pop-up. This should improve the user experience by reducing load times.

• Fixed User Setting button in the menu on Private Equity (PE) page: We have resolved an issue with the User Setting button in the menu on the Portfolio Company (PC) page. Users should now be able to access their user settings without any issues.

AI writing capabilities are enabled on the disclosure portal and enable users to automatically improve the spelling and translate content to English when answering questions.

Funds of funds

Private Equity users can now add funds of funds in their portfolio and not only portfolio companies.

EET file upload

Funds of funds can now fill in their reporting by uploading their European ESG Template reporting (EET).

Once your campaign is finalised, you will be able to view your data on a Google Looker dashboard. Please note that each dashboard is tailored to the needs of the client and that prior discussion with Wequity will be necessary to adapt the graphics to your wishes.

We have improved the completion rates

For Private Equity users

We are excited to announce the release of new improvements to the completion rate modules. The completion rates have been improved, providing users with a clearer picture of the progress of the ESG Campaigns.

On the Private Equity side, you will now find a new table column displaying the number of completed surveys by each Portfolio company, as well as the total number for the current ESG Campaign. This new addition will provide users with an at-a-glance view of the campaign's progress and help to track completion over time.

For Portfolio Company users

Additionally, we have also made updates to the information pop-up, providing a new view of the Completion Rate by each Portfolio company user. This new view will allow users to easily see the completion rate of each portfolio company and track completed surveys.

We have significantly improved the user flow for inviting colleagues and made it even easier to manage permissions.

We have fixed a bug that was causing multiple signup invitation emails to be sent to users.

Other internal improvements - for Wequity

• We have put in place an analytics system (Amplitude) that will help us to proactively identify improvements on the platform.

• We have also been working on setting up the back-end infrastructure to enable the visualisation of ESG campaign results. We are currently working on finalising this to allow Private equity funds to see the results live.

• We also optimised the application by cleaning up all external services and data that were not used by the current platform features.

We have improved the permissions system when you invite your colleagues to Wequity.

UI & UX improvements on the disclosure portal

You will now receive a clear warning when a supporting document is successfully uploaded to Wequity. In addition, you will have access to a numbering system per question so that you can easily find your way through the reporting process.

We have developed a dynamic portal to view the results of your campaigns. This is the first version of the portal for demonstration purposes. The dynamic data will arrive in the coming weeks so that you can directly visualise the results of your campaign.

Improved onboarding through interactive tutorials

We have added many dynamic tutorials that allow the user to easily understand how to use the platform.

Improved UI/UX & icon set

We now use a unified set of icons (Ionic) and have improved the UI/UX of many user flows to facilitate user understanding.

Improved back-end processes to prevent peaks in server capacity

We have improved some processes that were generating potential bugs due to a strong increase in server usage (e.g. creation of questionnaires...).
